
At eSIM.co.nz , we want our customers to have a smooth and reliable experience. Customers are entitled to request a refund or replacement if an eSIM cannot be installed or used due to technical issues that cannot be resolved.
1.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
1.1.2. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase, if activation is still not possible after full troubleshooting with our support team.
1.1.3. Customers must cooperate with our support team to resolve the issue before a refund can be approved.
1.1.4. Refunds will not be issued for unused data once the validity period of a data package has expired.
1.1.5. We do not provide refunds or compensation for charges incurred through alternate phones, SIM cards, providers, hotel phones, or any services not directly connected to the customer’s eSIM account.
1.1.6.In cases of fraudulent purchases, we reserve the right to decline refunds if evidence shows misuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or fraudulent activity.
1.1.7. Refund requests for unauthorized purchases will undergo investigation before approval. Accounts linked to fraudulent activity may be suspended.
1.1.8. Accidental purchases are non-refundable. Once an eSIM has been installed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.
1.1.9. If a customer disputes an invoice in good faith, they must notify us within twelve (12) days of receiving the invoice. The notification must explain why the amount is incorrect and, if possible, indicate what they believe is the correct charge.
1.1.10. Replacements are available for eSIMs purchased exclusively with credits earned from vouchers, provided the request is made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
1.1.11. Refund requests outside these criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a processing fee may apply. The refund amount cannot exceed the total amount originally paid by the customer.
